Fridge-Free Food Follow-Up

Subscribers Only PS readers offer up a smörgasbord of ideas about food that isn't picky about temperature.

Static-Free Satellite Radio: XM and Sirius

Subscribers Only Digital Satellite Audio Radio promises near-CD quality digital sound, but it hasn't taken off as expected. Is there good reason to subscribe to any of the companies?

Sailing Simulator Software

Subscribers Only Stentec is complicated to learn, but still tops for realism and value. Posey has kept developing, and now has a whole suite of programs for different sailing disciplines.

Subscribers Only Igloo cools fastest, Koolatron draws the least current, but for all-around marine use we'd go with the Adler/Barbour Tropicool.

Offshore Log: Gelcoat Maintenance

Practical Sailor's guide to bringing back a gelcoat and keeping it glossy.

C&C 99

Subscribers Only One of a handful of production boats built today with epoxy resin in the laminate, this is a good-looking, fast racer/cruiser from Tim Jackett.
