I receive an email notice every month that the current issue is available for download. I sign in, then spend an absurd amount of time trying to download the issue. Yes, I am already a subscriber. Yes, I am already signed in. 1) Stop asking if I’m already a subscriber. 2) Stop inviting me to sign in. 3) When I click on a DOWNLOAD button, download the damn issue and stop bouncing me into a loop of pages that continually repeat 1) and 2).

There are a million sites that manage to do this. What is your problem?
I agree.
