  1. i was interested in the brent swain 36 foot steel vessil but looking at the location of the prop gave me concern about how close the the water line it is less than 12 inches so i asked and recieved the reply that the sister ship built before idfi4 had no issues. Well this boat has been for sale since 2015 and recieve new electronics that bumped the price from 55 k to 85k it has everything needed but looks to be missin ear for the sayers windvane and the wisker pole so i switch to a 1959 choy lee 35ft dandy lion that has had many frames and parts of the timber replaced at sity four years fats say that it is at the end of the road so besides pockin with a sharp point to detect rot can you advise me what to look out for as we as to look no electronics depth sounder busted burners on the 2burner taylors stove not working a 180$ fix ?
